Charice. What comes to mind when you say Charice? Aside from her voice is I picture her out with long black hair just like what I saw her the last time at Preview magazine. People behind this photo from stylist to make-up artist knows thier craft well. They totally change Charice. If I am not mistaken her stylist here is Liz Uy. Great job!
and now look Charice in her new edgy look. I read a lot of not so good comment from netizen about this. I too was a bit shock of this new transformation. 
Wow! as in Hello! is this Charice? not to mention the tattoo. But according to her, this is the real Charice. This is what she want. Likewise a career move. She want’s the like of Rihanna’s style. Ok be it. If that’ where she is comfortable. I just hope that it’s just a change in her look and not her attitude and also values. Hope she remains humble and make us proud to be Pinoy.
It’s her choice, let’s just respect her. If that’s make her happy and make her a better artist then goodluck.

Charice should not invest much on changing her looks ’cause she already has the talent. I mean she should have just maintained her looks, why the drastic change? I don’t think this will help her improve her image.
I personally prefer the simpler and more feminine Charice, but I’d still support her..
yeah i don’t like it too but of course I don’t have a say. hehe.. so whatever will make her more comfortable with her own skin then I will just support her, just like you said I hope so too that she will still remain humble and this transformation will not affect her attitude.

I kind of understand why she’s experimenting with her looks. I think all of us do that way back when we’re teenagers and people forget that she’s also a teenager.
But what I was discouraged was the way she talks or let’s say, SAY IT… i don’t know. I was a bit discouraged but not because of her looks.

If she wants a new edgier look try a different one rather than looking a tomboy. I mean there are tons of hairstyles to choose from but why this. The hair, styling and the clothes didn’t go well. I respect her style but she should see other styles that fits her best but on the category of what she wanted

It doesn’t suit her. She needs a new stylist. Hindi pa rin nya matumbok yung tamang look sa kanya. Kahit gupit man lang sana nagcomplement sa mukha nya pero hindi eh.
I was never a Charice fan. Pero nabobother ako bakit inde sya maipresent ng maayos image-wise eh andami nang nakapaligid sa kanya to give advise.
I always thought why Charice cannot get inspiration from the way Yeng Constantino dresses since they are about the same height. Edgy but with feminine touch and complements her tiny frame. Yung may swag. Natural ung pagiging cool, hindi pilit.
It doesn’t mattet how Charice does her hair or how she looks. FILIPINOS in the Philipines criticize her including her look in Preview magazine which you said you liked. All the UNFAIR criticisms directed at Charice by her countrymen are making Filipinos look like a bunch of STUPID people to the rest of the world, not to mention like vultures that pick on a teenager who has done nothing but brought pride to her country. She’s also paving the way for other Asian artists to compete in Billboards and the world music industry which has been so tough for an Aasian to get a foot in the door. Other Asian countries know this. SHAME on you!!
